FESPACO 2023 la a 28th edition a Pan-African Film ane Television Festival of Ouagadougou. O da taa eebo a 25 February te ta 4 March 2023 a Ouagadougou. A edition yelnyɔgeraa da la “African Cinema ane Culture ko Peace".[1]

A da maalɛɛ wagere mine kyɛ ka ba da tere duoruu ka a teŋɛ naŋ na taa a kpaaroŋ ŋa da la a Togo,[2] kyɛ a installation ceremony ne a mɛmbare naŋ be a National Organizing Committee, Fidèle Tamini, a secretary general ko a Ministry ko Culture, da terɛɛ duoruu ka “in view of challenges of the moment, there is no better partner than Mali to be the guest country of honour."[3]
